By accessing our website or booking a trip with Next Trail Travels ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to every visitor, inquirer, and traveler who engages with us through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.

A booking is confirmed only once we have received your trip details, agreed on an itinerary, and processed the required advance payment. Verbal or written interest in a trip does not constitute a confirmed booking.

An advance payment is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due before or during the trip as agreed with our team. Payment is typically arranged via bank transfer or a mobile payment method common in Pakistan.

We do not store full card details on our systems. Any payment processed through a third-party gateway is subject to that provider's own terms.

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing, by email or WhatsApp, as early as possible before your travel date. The closer a cancellation is made to the departure date, the more limited our ability to recover costs already committed to hotels, transport, and guides.

Where a refund is due, we process it to the original payment method or an agreed alternative within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds are calculated after deducting any non-recoverable costs already paid to hotels, transport providers, or guides on your behalf. We will share a clear breakdown of any deductions before issuing a refund.

You are responsible for carrying valid identification and any permits required for travel within Gilgit-Baltistan and Northern Pakistan. Certain areas require a permit that we can help arrange, provided you share accurate identification details with us in advance.

Failure to carry required documents may result in denied entry to certain zones, for which we are not responsible.

You agree to provide accurate personal and travel information, follow the guidance of our guides and drivers, and respect local customs, laws, and the environment throughout your trip.

Northern Pakistan's mountain routes and weather can change quickly. We are not liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by landslides, road closures, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your itinerary or suggest alternatives, but additional costs arising from these events are not covered by us.

Transport is arranged with vetted local drivers and vehicles suited to the terrain of your itinerary. Routes and travel times are estimates and may vary due to road, weather, or security conditions.

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher standard where the originally arranged vehicle becomes unavailable.

Accommodation is booked with partner hotels and guesthouses based on the category agreed at the time of booking. Where a specific property becomes unavailable, we will arrange a comparable alternative and inform you in advance where possible.

We may take photographs or videos during trips for use in our marketing, website, and social media. If you would prefer not to be included, let our team know before or during your trip and we will honor that request.

We take reasonable care in selecting our hotel, transport, and guide partners, but we act as an intermediary in arranging these services and are not liable for their acts, omissions, injury, loss, or damage arising from services outside our direct control.

You participate in activities arranged through us at your own risk, and we recommend arranging your own travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip interruption, and personal belongings.

Hotels, transport providers, guides, and other partners we work with operate under their own terms and conditions. We select partners we trust, but their services are ultimately provided under their own responsibility.

Our website is provided for the purpose of learning about our services and inquiring about or booking a trip. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All text, images, logos, and other content on this website belong to Next Trail Travels unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may need to adjust an itinerary due to road conditions, weather, availability, or safety considerations. Where possible, we will inform you of any material change before or during your trip and offer a suitable alternative of comparable value.

We reserve the right to decline or end our services to any client who fails to follow reasonable safety instructions, behaves in a way that endangers others, or breaches these terms, without obligation to a refund for the unused portion of the trip.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your booking with us will be handled in good faith directly with our team in the first instance.
